Location: Boca Raton
Schedule: Monday-Friday in office
Salary: $100,000-$130,000

What will the Senior Property Accountant do?
Reconciliations: balance sheet and bank accounts for each property
Performs bank transfers as needed to fund operating and payroll accounts
AP and AR
Monthly close procedures
General ledger posting
Accruals
Supports month end, and year end close processes
Provides necessary support to external auditors, lenders, or investors
Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing documents, filing, and other office tasks.
What is needed in the Property Accountant?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-6 years' Property Accounting experience REQUIRED
Yardi experience
Audit experience in Big 4 or similar large public accounting firm preferred
Corporate Accounting experience preferred
