Job Details

The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-driven business decisions through financial analysis, strategic planning, and performance insights. This position is responsible for providing advanced financial modeling, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize financial outcomes. Contributions from this role will directly influence the organization’s financial performance and strategic direction.

This role emphasizes customer and service profit analysis, pricing for RFPs, and fulfilling internal and external reporting requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to achieve financial objectives, including ERP and FP&A processes. Lead the development, consolidation, and maintenance of organizational budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with departments to gather data, analyze trends, and produce accurate financial projections. Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, risk assessment, and investment decisions. Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for business leaders. Prepare and present regular and ad hoc financial reports to senior management, highlighting KPIs, trends, and insights. Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data through validation, reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies. Continuously improve financial processes, reporting tools, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, offering recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on growth potential. Support capital allocation strategies and monitor compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Plan and execute audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes. Mentor and guide junior finance analysts, fostering professional growth. Collaborate with sales operations and HR to validate sales and performance data, calculate commissions, and distribute performance-based bonuses. Support special projects and ad hoc analyses as requested by finance leadership. Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years in an analytical role Bachelor’s degree Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; VBA/Macros experience a plus Familiarity with SQL is a plus
