ROLE IMPACT
Support high-level decision-making in global business and investment by connecting influential clients with industry experts. As a Consultative Sales Specialist, you will gain strategic exposure to sales, consulting, and market research—laying the groundwork for advancement in business development, finance, or strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and recruit expert consultants to support client investment research
• Manage high-volume, deadline-driven outreach via phone and digital channels
• Collaborate with hedge fund, consulting, and private equity clients to define research needs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with internal tools
• Learn and apply insights across industries and market sectors
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree completed by January 2026
• Demonstrated initiative, leadership, or entrepreneurial experience
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Resilient, curious, and client-service oriented
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM
• Internal compliance platforms
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Digital outreach and scheduling tools
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Internship in sales, recruiting, or customer service
• Exposure to global business or multilingual communication
• Interest in consulting or financial markets
