Job Title: Mammography Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Mammography Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (07:00 - 15:30) Experience: Minimum 2 Years Required License: State Licensed Certifications: ARRT M, ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Epic charting system experience preferred - Background check must be clear with no hits or DUIs - Completed COVID-19 and flu vaccinations preferred Description: We are seeking a qualified Mammography Technologist with expertise in diagnostic mammography. Candidates must hold appropriate ARRT certifications and a valid state license. Experience with 3-D mammography and digital mammography techniques is essential. The role requires performing screening and diagnostic mammograms as well as stereotactic biopsies. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of radiation safety and precautions. The position entails working in an outpatient setting with a focus on exceptional patient care. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team are important.
