About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
RELEX Implementation Consultant
to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation across our clients’ supply chain operations. You will lead the planning, configuration, and execution of RELEX software implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems such as ERPs, demand planning platforms, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
You will work as part of a larger
LCG team , in close partnership with a mirrored customer team, ensuring collaborative and aligned delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle RELEX software implementation projects, from scoping to go-live and post-deployment support.
Analyze client supply chain processes and design optimized workflows using RELEX tools.
Configure RELEX solutions tailored to customer-specific requirements, including forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Conduct process mapping workshops and develop solution design documents.
Deliver training sessions and change management activities to support user adoption.
Track KPIs and ensure business case realization through measurable outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning RELEX best practices with strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, digital transformation, or software implementation.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), demand planning tools, and WMS platforms.
Understanding of data integration processes, including import/export workflows and data cleansing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
Proven teamwork, leadership, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RELEX software (preferred but not required).
RELEX certification expected post-training and successful testing.
Experience with other planning platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis).
PMI experience and certification (e.g., PMP or CAPM).
Exposure to retail, CPG, or distribution verticals.
Fluency in Spanish preferred; other languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional project teams.
