Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of the federal consolidated tax return.
Prepare federal and state partnership and LLC tax returns.
Prepare and review multistate income and franchise tax returns (combined/unitary as well as separate state income tax returns).
Assist with the preparation and review of the company’s consolidated quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations.
Assist with IRS and state tax authority audits.
Assist with the preparation and review of quarterly estimated income tax payments.
Perform tax research and analysis on special projects as needed.
Identify and implement federal and state tax planning opportunities.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of U.S. federal and state & local tax legislation and U.S. GAAP financial statement reporting requirements for taxes (ASC 740).
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, 3.0 GPA or higher.
Big 4 experience highly preferred.
CPA or CPA‑eligible status is a plus.
