Base Pay Range $170,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr
Senior Recruiter | Houston ISD | Administrator | Human Resources JOB SUMMARY The Executive Director of Counseling & MTSS provides strategic leadership and oversight of all district counseling services, graduation planning systems, and multi-tiered student support. This role ensures that every student receives equitable access to high-quality counseling, academic guidance, and social-emotional support that promote on-time graduation and overall well-being. By aligning counseling programs, master scheduling, and MTSS structures, the Executive Director strengthens the district's capacity to deliver coordinated, data-driven supports that meet the academic, behavioral, and emotional needs of all students across campuses.
EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree
WORK EXPERIENCE 3 to 5 years
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within a similar industry or organization.
