Responsibilities
Analyze the demand forecast and create a consensus forecast that incorporates with factory allocation to manage PSI
Manage Distribution Center-level inventory and PSI to support the demand in each DC
Responsible for communication related to the factories and SP, as well as inventory management
Run forecast review with internal stakeholders and manage, implement, and enhance projects, sales forecasts, system updates, and vendor/purchasing activities for customers and products
Drive effective and timely communication with order management, sales, customers, product planning, LG factories, and HQ to maximize inventory availability while meeting performance targets
KPIs include sell in & sell out forecasting accuracy, long-term inventory, WOS are measured on a weekly basis and monthly basis and new process set up are measured on a monthly or quarterly basis
Run CPFR with customers and manage sell in & sell out forecast, inventory management, and channel inventory
Support SCM KPIs on regional and global level based on HQ SCM guidelines and standards
Identify process improvements in efforts to increase forecasting accuracy and to reduce manual work
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related work experience in CPFR, SCM, Sales, Sales Operation, Sales programs
Builder & Appliance experience strongly preferred
Bilingual in English and Korean
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results
Team oriented; proactive and action-oriented
Analytical, able to transform qualitative and quantitative data into executable strategies
Aptitude to define operational requirements and implement processes and systems to support those requirements
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and aptitude to learn new tools and applications quickly
Recruiting Range $90,000 - $110,000 USD
