Job Overview Pikemann is hiring a Financial Reporting Manager to lead accurate, compliant financial reporting for Trident Seafoods. This role ensures timely monthly and annual statements aligned with US GAAP, while improving consolidation processes and supporting audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and disclosures
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and statutory requirements
Lead adoption of new accounting standards (leases, revenue recognition)
Review key accounts and reconciliations (CIP, trade promotions, freight)
Support intercompany eliminations, automation, and comparative reporting
Maintain audit scoresheets and track GAAP deviations
Prepare financials for banking, tax, and internal use
Qualifications
4+ years in corporate accounting; 2+ years in leadership
Bachelor’s in Accounting
ERP experience and strong Excel skills
Familiarity with internal controls and complex consolidations
