Education
CADAAC certification plus at least eight (8) years of experience working in a behavioral health field
OR Associate of Arts degree in a social science field plus at least six (6) years of experience working in a behavioral health field
OR Bachelor’s degree in a social science field plus at least four (4) years of experience in a behavioral health field
OR Master’s degree in a social science field plus at least two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health field. Experience
Above-referenced experience and one year in a leadership role License or Certification
BBS Registration as an Associate or LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psychologist, preferred Valid California Driver's License. NOTE: Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy. How you will make a difference (job overview)
This position has primary responsibility for oversight of mental health services, case management services, and client support services to youth and their families. Division/Program Overview
24/7 voluntary residential setting specifically for Transitional Age Youth (TAY) at risk and needs a higher level of care, but lower than a psychiatric hospital Facility equipped to serve up to 15 Youth Provides mental health services that include individual therapy, group rehabilitation, medication management, and case management Incorporates the tenets of recovery, peer support, and identifying community connections Connects individuals to educational and vocational services and initiating the process of locating housing .
