Position: Director, IT Security Provisioning

Location: 4901 Searle Parkway, Skokie, IL

Full Time

Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Hybrid Position

Local travel to other corporate sites (Warrenville, Arlington Heights) as needed.

Job Summary As the System Director IT Security Provisioning at Endeavor Health, you will manage full life‑cycle solutions—including strategic planning, deployment, maintenance, and improvement—focusing on reducing manual effort, enhancing patient and user experience, and fostering innovation. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align technology solutions with system goals, promote consistent use of tools and workflows, handle budgeting, and perform administrative tasks.

Success requires staying updated on the latest solutions and technology, and advocating industry best practices.

What You Will Do

Supervise implementation of Endeavor Health Role Based Access with corresponding operational workflows.

Establish and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Epic, and Business Applications.

Lead development of strategic roadmaps to automate the provisioning process, including implementation of IGA solution.

Establish oversight for Digital Certificate Management, Multi‑Factor Authentication, Single Sign‑On, and other processes.

Drive end‑to‑end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and lead high‑performance teams.

Provide direction for solution implementation—including planning, technical setup, building, testing, training, deployment, optimization, and support.

Build relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic business needs, identify requirements, and guide specifications for ease of business operations.

Lead or participate in governance committees to collaborate on priorities and workload.

Develop strong partnerships with fellow leaders to identify synergies and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with vendors to ensure solutions meet or exceed Endeavor Health’s needs.

Mentor direct reports through oversight of activities such as budgeting, policy development, talent management, sustaining relationships, governance, and other duties.

Remain updated on latest market technologies and promote relevant implementations; participate in industry organizations such as HIMSS, CHIME, Epic UGM/XGM, VMware World.

Collaborate and actively participate across functional components led by other leaders, ensuring seamless, effective, efficient touchpoints that achieve measurable outcomes.

Support business operations while improving access, provisioning processes, and tools.

Manage, coach, and develop the IT Security provisioning team.

Contribute to the annual Security Plan, create project plans and timelines, and keep project deadlines—motivate participants to stay on schedule.

Recommend viable solutions to improve systems and processes.

Make recommendations for policy changes related to Information Security as business needs change.

What You Will Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.

Experience: Five (5) or more years managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or related industry.

Three (3) or more years of leadership experience (essential).

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Strong technical skills.

Strong understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.

Ability to manage multiple complex projects efficiently.

Significant domain knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Ability to identify, plan, and execute strategic initiatives.

Strong personal and ethical accountability.

Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking for problem solving and issue resolution.
