Clinical Educator NP/PA & Travel Nurse
Join Iconic Care, a physician‑owned group of skilled providers dedicated to improving the quality of life of patients in skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities across the United States. We are seeking a passionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work full‑time, providing clinical care and education at contracted facilities.
Location Remote with resident city limitations. Candidates must reside in one of the following metropolitan areas: Salt Lake City, Seattle/Tacoma, Oakland/East Bay, Phoenix, Las Vegas, or Denver.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary: $155,000–$185,000 (varying by experience and state)
Performance bonuses and commissions
All travel expenses paid, generous per diem

Malpractice insurance (1M/3M policy, paid by Iconic Care)
Licensure reimbursement & CME allowance
Work laptop provided if needed
Responsibilities
Provide interim physiatry services at skilled nursing facilities nationwide (~50% of the role)
Train and onboard new NPs and PAs on physiatry principles, procedures, and pain management strategies
Facilitate integration with facility administrators and primary care teams
Develop efficient rounding schedules and streamlined charting processes for new providers
Travel extensively (48–50 weeks per year, weekdays; rare extensions beyond 2 weeks)
Qualifications
Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
Valid medical and DEA license
3–5 years of clinical experience in physiatry, PM&R, skilled nursing, or post‑acute care (required)
Passion for education and a people‑first personality
Availability and willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods
