We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in production support and maintenance of microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate will lead incident resolution, drive root cause analysis, ensure application stability, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement long-term solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or senior support role. Strong experience in production support of microservices-based applications based on Java / Spring Boot. Hands‑on experience with API Gateway, RESTful services, Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. Good understanding of CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent). I am proficient in monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, Elastic Search, Grafana, and Dynatrace Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and application deployment practices. Strong analytical and debugging skills; ability to identify and resolve complex issues quickly. Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases and performance tuning. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills. Technical Qualifications
Experience in developing and maintaining Java‑based microservices applications using frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, and related frameworks. Experience in frontend frameworks like angular / react Experience in developing and troubleshooting RESTful APIs, JSON / XML, and API versioning Experience in writing Automation script-programming using Python and Shell Experience in deploying AWS Infrastcture like VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, EKS / ECS, KMS etc. using DevOPS pipeline Experience working with Linux based systems and good knowledge of n / w concepts like firewalls, gateways, SSL / SSH etc.
