To be responsible for design, troubleshooting and optimizing high‑specification surface electrical systems. Work closely with sales and operations to develop an operational year plan for assigned customers. Serve as the product center focal point for the execution of customer‑facing project‑specific special testing. Suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures.
Serves as the technical leader/manager to develop a scope of work, plan schedule and monitor engineering activities for customer projects. Provide technical leadership and interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, Customers, Baker Hughes Product Engineering, Sourcing, and Engineering sub‑contractors.
Applies existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes. Viewed internally and externally as a specialist in the discipline.
Present projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
Communicate solutions across the own function and with cross‑functional partner organizations.

To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 15 additional years of experience in Customer Project Engineering.
Licensure needed, such as Professional Engineer (PE).
Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Artificial Lift Technical Support, Design, and/or Validation.
Proficient use of computer‑based programs related to application of products.
