Retail Sales Consultant – Perth Amboy, NJ (Bilingual/Spanish)
Base pay range: $37,265 – $92,250 per year. Unlimited commission potential. Full‑time Bilingual Retail Sales Associate.
We are Millennium Wireless Technology, AT&T’s Premier Authorized Retailer. We have been serving people in our communities for over 25 years, starting with one location and now operating 49 locations across Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey and Illinois.
Our stores have thousands of local residents coming in to check on their services, upgrade their cell phones, choose different packages, buy the latest phones, purchase accessories, and change their home services over to award‑winning DIRECT TV. Our stores are beautifully designed to foster a proud work environment.
You will receive a flexible full‑time schedule designed to give you work‑life harmony while also providing you the best times to interact with our customers and earn the money you deserve.

Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Minimum of 1 year of proven work history & success in Retail Sales or a customer‑facing business.
Physical capacity to work 40+ hours each week consistently, travel to local events, set up and tear down, stand on your feet all day, etc.
