BAE Systems’ Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Business Area has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Program Manager in the Adaptive Communications and Sensing (AC&S) Product Line. The Primary Responsibilities Of This Role Include

Provide leadership and management oversight, assuring the team’s Program Area and Product Line objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.

Responsible and accountable to the Program Area and Product Line Management for program execution, profitability, timeliness, and overall success. Makes timely decisions that are cost effective to the company and ensures assigned projects meet financial commitments for orders, sales, profit, and cash.

Participate in the support of new business and in the development of strategic proposals.

Accountable for all aspects of assigned program’s execution (cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, risk management, and customer engagement) throughout all the Life Cycle Management (LCM) phases, ensuring program commitments are met while having the authority to make cogent and timely decisions related to the project.

Act as the primary point of contact between BAE Systems and the customer program office, suppliers, and key customer stakeholders.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's degree and 7-10 year experience.

Successful, proven past performance in leading and managing multi-discipline project teams.

Experience with Manufacturing and Operations.

Expertise in project management, earned value management, risk management, and supply chain & subcontract management.

Strong presentation and organizational skills.

Experience in the development and production of high reliability electronics.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.

Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Experience in business case development, analysis, and presentation.

Detailed knowledge of the defense aerospace market and experience working with US Navy program offices, or other Armed Services Program offices.

Pay Information Full‑Time Salary Range: $150,370 – $255,630
