Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Director based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Creative Director will lead and oversee creative vision across projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing creative strategies, managing branding projects, providing art direction, and collaborating with graphic design teams. The role also involves mentoring creative talent, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions tailored to each project’s needs.
Qualifications
Creative Direction and Creative Strategy experience, with a strong ability to shape and drive creative visions.
Branding expertise, including the development and execution of brand identities and messaging frameworks.
Art Direction skills to guide visual storytelling and ensure cohesive, compelling designs.
Graphic Design knowledge, including proficiency with design tools and principles.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to inspire and manage teams.
Knowledge of current industry trends and a track record of delivering innovative, impactful creative work.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
