Leadership Development Program – Chick‑fil‑A Build your career working for one of the nation's most respected companies,

Chick‑fil‑A ! This LDP position is tailored for candidates interested in a career with Chick‑fil‑A as an operator or corporate staff. This program is super aggressive and NOT for someone just looking for a job at Chick‑fil‑A. The most successful candidates have a very clear goal and excellent communication / team skills to engage and lead the work group to achieve their goals AND the goals of the organization.

Candidates will first be expected to learn and execute both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations of the restaurant. Next, candidates should be able to train and develop other team members in those standards of operation. Then candidates begin taking on advanced tasks as a coordinator in an area of the business (HR, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Catering, etc.). Candidates are then expected to lead the shift and uphold our brand standards, vision, mission, values and purpose. Finally, candidates will need to integrate vision, mission, values and purpose with systems and processes they have learned to grow the business.

Timing of the program depends on the candidate's ability to complete and execute different levels of advancement, but should require a commitment of a minimum of 24‑36 months.

Responsibilities / Outcomes

Uphold Chick‑fil‑A standards, policies, and values in the restaurant on a day to day basis.

Take responsibility and ownership of personal development by getting daily feedback, applying lessons, and committing to the program.

Influence team member growth by providing training, coaching, performance feedback, evaluations, and recommendations for development and.

Be available to work 3 open/close shifts per week and meet the needs of the business.

Coach at least 3 emerging leaders daily, with scheduled 1:1s once per month.

Success is succession. Ensure your replacement is trained as you launch.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous experience working in high‑volume, fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment (previous Chick‑fil‑A experience preferred)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Self‑directed, driven leader who demonstrates respect, honesty, and integrity.

Adapts quickly, handles ambiguity, and keeps composure in a high pressure, urban setting.

Go‑getter who continuously improves, communicates clearly, and motivates others with enthusiasm, positivity, and energy.
