Global Marketing Manager, VELYS Robotic‑Assisted Solution (Knee) Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Boston, MA; Warsaw, IN; other US DePuy Synthes and remote may be considered).

Purpose Lead the technological transition in robotic surgery by developing and executing the global strategy for advanced software and hardware solutions in the VELYS Knee portfolio. Reporting to the Downstream Global Senior Marketing Manager, you will drive innovation through collaboration with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams, while engaging with surgeon customers—both current and competitive—to inform downstream execution and business results. This dynamic role involves identifying future portfolio needs, working across regional markets to maintain competitive leadership, and adapting to market trends in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Drive the robotic technology strategy to accelerate market growth through installations and utilization.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing to develop innovative solutions.

Customer Engagement: Work closely with surgeon users and competitive surgeons to gather insights and improve adoption as the Brand Management ambassador.

Global Impact: Influence regional markets worldwide, continuously evolving the product portfolio.

Market Agility: Adapt to a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment, responding to emerging trends and launches.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (required) and MBA (preferred).

2–3 years of relevant Marketing/Product Management/Product Introduction experience (required).

Experience with Upstream/Downstream marketing, society meeting engagement, medical devices or orthopedics; and medtech capital and clinical procedural understanding (preferred).

Proven ability to monitor, analyze and report on business performance/health to inform product strategy.

Experience with financial modeling and commercial GTM models.

Ability to prioritize and successfully lead multiple projects and priorities (required).

Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills (required).

Ability to work with cadavers and within an operating room setting (required).

Up to 40 % domestic and limited international travel, including overnights and occasional weekends (required).

Employment Details The anticipated base pay range for this position is $102,000 to $177,100. Remote work options may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis and if approved by the Company.

Company Transition Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
