Position Summary We are searching for the best talent for a Global Senior Marketing Manager, VELYS Robotic‑Assisted Solution (Knee). The successful candidate will ideally be located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL but may also be based in Boston, MA, Warsaw, IN, or other U.S. locations, including remote.

Purpose As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will report to the Global Director, VELYS Knee Marketing and lead a team of marketing managers. You will shape the robotic technology innovation strategy, drive global downstream marketing, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, and marketing. The role will also involve close work with surgeons to understand unmet needs and support upstream pipeline development, while engaging in society meetings and customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the global downstream strategy for the VELYS Knee platform, partnering with R&D, regional teams, marketing partners, global education, and other cross‑functional teams.

Collaborate with the upstream leader to drive strategy development and execution.

Support society meetings and customer engagements, demonstrating clinical expertise to surgeon customers.

Maximize customer experience to grow the customer base and build best‑in‑class retention.

Apply strong product management, clinical business marketing, problem‑solving, business acumen, communication, public relations, and strategic marketing skills.

Demonstrate a proven ability to understand the Primary Knee Surgical Process and Robotics, including market trends, competitive intelligence, and KOL management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Minimum bachelor’s degree (required) and MBA (preferred).

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant marketing, product management, or product introduction experience (required).

Experience with upstream and downstream marketing is highly preferred.

Experience with society meeting engagement, medical devices, and orthopedics.

Experience with MedTech capital and clinical procedural understanding.

Proven ability to monitor, analyze, and report on business performance to inform product strategy.

Experience with financial modeling and commercial go‑to‑market models.

Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects and priorities.

Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

Requirement to work with cadavers and operate in an operating room setting.

Up to 40% domestic and limited international travel, including overnights and occasional weekends.

Travel & Remote Up to 40% domestic travel and limited international travel required. Remote work options may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

Compensation The anticipated base pay range for this position is $122,000 to $212,750 per year.
