Project Engineer
who’s ready to learn, collaborate, and take on meaningful work improving building performance.

What You’ll Do
Participate in project planning and commissioning activities.
Conduct field investigations and system testing for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Document findings, prepare reports, and help resolve performance issues.
Support energy assessments, facility condition studies, and other building performance projects.
What You Bring
BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred)
0–1 year of experience
— no direct commissioning experience required (training provided)
Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and construction documents
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Willingness to travel locally and out‑of‑state
