What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience; EIT preferred

Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and/or electrical systems

Ability to interpret MEP and architectural construction documents

Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities

Comfortable working both independently and within a team

Willingness to travel (local and out‑of‑state), including multi‑day site visits

Preferred

Familiarity with commissioning processes or building performance standards

Experience using commissioning software and tracking tools

Background in consulting engineering or construction environments
