We want to hear from you if you are:

You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four‑year baccalaureate degree program at an accredited institution.

This program is open to all students. We strongly encourage applications from students who are driven, curious, and eager to explore careers in financial services.

A 3.3 minimum GPA is preferred.

Application will close November 7th, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

Responsibilities YOU'RE THE BRAINS BEHIND OUR WORK. You’ll bring classroom knowledge to the boardroom; Citi wants to help you get there. Our Early ID Leadership Program will equip you with the knowledge and training to learn about many divisions across the bank, build technical skills, and navigate the Summer Analyst interview process.

WE PROVIDE YOU WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS YOU NEED TO SUCCEED.

Citi's Early ID Leadership Program is designed for undergraduate sophomores. The program includes virtual mentorship, technical training, and personalized interview preparation for the 2027 Summer Analyst interview process. By filling out this application, you are applying to Investment Banking – San Francisco Healthcare Group. Each business track has its own unique application, so be sure the details reflect your interest in the track you’re applying to.

Throughout the program, participants will gain insight into Citi’s culture, values, and the communities that shape our firm. In addition to skill building, students will connect with inclusion networks that provide peer and leader interaction.

Application Guidelines

This fall 2026 Early ID Program is specific to Banking and Markets.

If you are interested in other areas of the firm, note that additional business lines will participate in our Spring 2026 Early ID Program, with applications launching in February 2026.

If you wish to apply to more than one track, you will need to complete a separate application for each.

Candidates may apply to up to two (2) lines of businesses within the Early ID Program.

Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, and Sales & Trading are listed tracks.

Applicants who apply to more than 2 businesses are ineligible for the Early ID Program.

All applications must be submitted by November 7th, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
