Product Manager must be based in Germany, Italy, United Kingdom or France.
Position Summary We are seeking a proactive, clinically grounded Product Manager to lead regional strategy and execution for our Electrophysiology/ Vascular Closure Systems business (VASCADE and VASCADE MVP Vascular Closure Systems), with a strong focus on the EP market. The role blends marketing, sales enablement, product lifecycle management, and clinical workflow expertise, supporting adoption and growth across the EMEA and ANZ regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for Vascular Closure Systems, including product positioning, messaging, and campaigns tailored to EP market.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) through targeted initiatives.
Collaborate with sales teams to create and deliver tools, programs, and training that drive product adoption in EP labs.
Provide clinical and technical support during product evaluations, launches, and key customer engagements.
Act as key resource for distributor and customer education, including presentations, workshops, and congress support.
Develop deep understanding of EP lab workflows, especially procedures requiring large-bore venous access and closure.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and clinical positioning.
Support product lifecycle activities including launches, updates, and obsolescence planning.
Work closely with Global Marketing, R&D, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure regional alignment and feedback integration.
Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development, clinical evidence generation, and market access initiatives.
Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), EP physicians, and lab staff to support product advocacy and feedback.
Conduct VOC initiatives, surveys, and focus groups to stay aligned with evolving clinical needs.
Monitor and report on product performance, market share, and profitability metrics.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage product availability and resolve supply challenges.
Ensure timely communication of product updates, changes, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
Prepare monthly performance reports and contribute to strategic planning cycles.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or clinical support within the medical device industry.
Strong understanding of vascular closure technologies and electrophysiology lab workflows.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive commercial success.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) across EMEA.
Preferred Skills
Experience with vascular closure devices or EP-related technologies.
Clinical background or experience supporting live cases in EP or interventional cardiology.
Multilingual capabilities and familiarity with regional healthcare systems.
