Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Fort Worth, TX, for a Senior Executive Operations Administrator. The individual in this role will provide high‑level administrative and operational support for executive leadership, coordinate department activities, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing reports, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining executive correspondence, and supporting operational initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong administrative skills including calendar management, task prioritization, and attention to detail
Experience in operational coordination, meeting organization, and project execution
Proficiency in document preparation, report generation, and database management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and maintain discretion in handling confidential information
Familiarity with hospitality or similar service industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
