Based on Experience with bonus Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT as needed)

Key Responsibilities
Perform first article, in‑process, and final inspections on metal components
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
Create control plans and complete PPAPs
Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Support ISO 9001 and continuous improvement initiatives
Position Requirements
2+ years QA experience in metal manufacturing
Proficient in blueprint reading (1+ year)
Skilled with micrometers/calipers
Understanding of RCA, FAI, and CPK
Strong Excel and computer skills
Solid math and analytical abilities
Must pass background check, drug screen, and skill test
