Call for the Bold Toll International seeks a Kahua PMIS Project Manager for work that demands precision, endurance, and an unyielding spirit. You’ll lead the configuration and command of the Kahua Project Management Information System across major infrastructure programs — environments where every detail matters and every decision leaves a mark.

This is not routine office work. It’s a call to those who find satisfaction in clarity amid complexity, who can turn fragmented data into structured intelligence, and who lead with both discipline and empathy.

The Mission

Chart and implement the full Kahua PMIS framework — from configuration to deployment.

Build, refine, and defend workflows that guide billion‑dollar projects through uncertainty.

Train teams and win their trust, ensuring each user operates with confidence and accuracy.

Safeguard the integrity of data and the reliability of reporting.

Translate technical systems into clear insight for engineers, managers, and executives alike.

Stand at the intersection of technology and infrastructure, ensuring that the system serves the mission — not the other way around.

Qualifications of the Chosen

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

7 years of experience in PMIS or project controls for complex capital programs.

Deep command of Kahua PMIS — its configuration, governance, and daily discipline.

Working knowledge of PMWeb, e-Builder, Unifier, or Primavera P6 a strong advantage.

A calm mind, steady under pressure, fluent in both systems and people.

A record not just of projects completed — but of teams elevated.

The Reward

The satisfaction of mastery over a complex system that shapes real‑world infrastructure.

A place among professionals who value accountability, precision, and quiet excellence.

The chance to build what lasts — systems, teams, and trust.
