Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service in every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality service and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping their departments meet goals. Responsibilities

We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants. Benefits
