The Operations Transformation Manager is responsible for managing strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing Investment Book of Record (IBOR) operations, developing process improvements, and facilitating organizational change. In this role, you will contribute to portfolio management technology review and implementation, conduct process reviews and workflow design, develop operational risk management controls, and maintain comprehensive documentation. This position requires strong investment operations knowledge and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design operational workflow and controls for trade capture, reconciliation, and reporting
Optimize market and security master data workflows including consumption, maintenance, and hierarchy.
Manage portfolio analytics and reporting development
Lead enterprise technology testing and implementation for operations and portfolio management functions
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement change initiatives.
Train and develop operations teams on workflow and deployed technology. Manage functional teams in
Communicate requirements and status with project management, technology, and third‑party stakeholders
Identify operational risks and mitigate through technological processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, or similar roles
Proven track record of managing large‑scale investment or accounting operations with a focus on change management
Experience with technology implementation and knowledge of key investment operational workflows
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
