Position Summary We're seeking a strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive end‑to‑end marketing campaigns for one of our key product lines. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, meticulous execution, and the ability to deeply understand and articulate complex products through marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate across several departments to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth while serving our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end marketing campaign strategy and oversee execution, from concept through launch and optimization.
Develop integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, email, social (paid and organic), in‑person events, and traditional media.
Establish campaign KPIs, track performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders and marketing leadership.
Manage campaign timelines, allocated budgets, and cross‑functional dependencies with precision.
Immerse yourself in the product to develop deep expertise and messaging aligned with the product offering.
Create compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions for diverse audiences.
Develop customer journey maps and collaborate on pipeline development strategies.
(Possible) Partner with sales teams to create enablement materials and support conversion efforts
Stakeholder & Project Management
Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics across product, sales, advancement, and leadership teams.
Oversee and collaborate in the management of vendor relationships and coordinate with internal resources to execute campaigns.
Display a high level of proactive problem‑solving.
Strategic Collaboration
Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign excellence through established campaign processes.
Collaborate with creative, content, and social media teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
Contribute to marketing strategy discussions and departmental annual planning.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in product marketing, campaign management, or related marketing roles.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated expertise across multiple marketing tactics and channels (digital, email, content, events, etc.).
Exceptional attention to detail with a reputation for meticulousness and follow‑through.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
Strategic thinker who can balance big‑picture vision with tactical execution.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Alignment with Augustine Institute's Catholic mission and values.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms.
Understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification processes.
Background in education, faith‑based organizations, or mission‑driven environments, or an ability to learn new niches with proven success.
Experience managing vendor relationships and external resources.
Familiarity with Catholic theology, liturgy, or catechesis.
