Communicate with CIEE teams, host employers, and international representatives through various channels Organize and manage virtual hiring events, including scheduling and sending reminders Allocate host employer positions and manage participant enrollments Provide live technical support during hiring events to all stakeholders Conduct applicant interviews for placement into seasonal positions What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing or client management role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and CRM software Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in event planning and scheduling Knowledge of Zoom and similar event management platforms Demonstrated readiness for personal and professional growth Familiarity with CIEE’s culture and core values of Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and Problem Solving
