Compensation:
$230,000 – $280,000 annually, $30,000 sign‑on bonus, relocation assistance

About the Role We are seeking a Board‑Certified Clinical Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our comprehensive pediatric team. You will manage a wide range of endocrine disorders in children and adolescents, from diabetes to growth and hormonal imbalances.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat endocrine conditions such as:
Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes
Growth and puberty disorders
Thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary dysfunction
Disorders of sexual development
Metabolic bone diseases
Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests
Deliver inpatient consultations and outpatient continuity care
Provide family‑centered education and counseling on long‑term management
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in the EMR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and CME activities
Qualifications Required
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship
Board Certification in Pediatric Endocrinology
Eligible for Wyoming medical licensure
Exceptional communication and clinical decision‑making skills
Passion for compassionate, culturally sensitive care
Preferred
Experience with insulin pump therapy and CGM systems
Interest in teaching, mentoring, or community outreach
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
