Overview
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Pediatric Urologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. Lincoln Medical Center is a Level I Trauma and Stroke Center with Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties, including its award‑winning Cancer and Breast Centers. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric urologic care, including outpatient consultations, inpatient management, and surgical treatment.
Perform robotic‑assisted and minimally invasive urologic surgeries with proficiency.
Supervise, mentor, and educate urology residents and medical students, fostering an academic learning environment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, nephrologists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and clinical protocol development.
Engage in community outreach and educational activities to promote pediatric urologic health.
Additional compensation available for optional call.
Qualifications
Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Urology by the American Board of Urology.
Completion of an accredited fellowship in Pediatric Urology.
Active and unrestricted New York State medical license, or eligibility to obtain.
Demonstrated experience in robotic‑assisted pediatric urologic surgery.
Prior experience in an academic or teaching hospital setting, preferred.
Compensation Annual base salary: $450,000 (based on a 40‑hour work week). The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $580,520 and includes salary, 401(k) contributions, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below.
Benefits
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
Projected bonus of up to $40,000 based on quality and productivity targets.
401(k) company contribution: 3% immediately vested, 7% after one year of service.
Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement.
