Base pay: $450,000.00/yr – $450,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric urologic care, including outpatient consultations, inpatient management, and surgical treatment. Perform robotic‑assisted and minimally invasive urologic surgeries. Supervise, mentor, and educate urology residents and medical students. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as pediatricians and nephrologists to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and clinical protocol development. Engage in community outreach and educational activities to promote pediatric urologic health.
