Marketers on North American Sodastream eCommerce team are entrepreneurial leaders navigating the online landscape and developing new capabilities and experiences from scratch to impact path to purchase. We’re a diverse, nimble, tech-led group growing share of online sales with partners such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco etc. while growing our own DTC network- SodaStream.com
This high-visibility position will support Search marketing efforts for our SodaStream North America Digital Commerce business and will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns. You will partner with business stakeholders (marketing & sales), media agencies, and data science teams to design and execute best in class search marketing program, report on key metrics to demonstrate how the channel is driving customer and business value, and help build reporting solutions that help stakeholders understand effectiveness of the channel and what can be done to improve business results to drive growth. Your work will be critical to help improve the value driven through Digital Commerce platforms by growing the business at places where there is tangible value and scaling back in specific pockets to drive efficiency.
Responsibilities Campaign execution:
Create & execute paid search campaigns across multiple retailer platforms and SodaStream brands
Track paid search budgets by platform by brand, analyze campaign data to achieve business goals
Optimize campaigns at regular cadence to hit key KPIs
Identify test and learn opportunities and lead test execution
Campaign planning:
Optimize more mature search networks such as Amazon and DTC, and grow more nascent areas in other retail sites where the brand is increasing presence
Conduct estimation for annual and monthly budgets
Ensure deployment of best practices across all paid search activities
Proactively seek out new opportunities to grow search campaigns via new ad groups, creative testing, landing page optimizations, enhanced automation tests, and keyword expansion
Reporting and optimization:
Present the results to internal stakeholders, proactively work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver reporting solutions
Liaise with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, DTX, etc.) to build in-depth knowledge of business objectives and product mix to identify growth opportunities on search
Test and measure automation capabilities and include results on a quarterly basis
Qualifications
Prior experience with Google ads. Retailer search platforms like Amazon search (AMS), Walmart, or Target preferred experience a plus
Experience within an agency environment a plus
Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
3+ years’ experience in running paid search campaigns
Prior experience with CPG companies and DTC search experience preferred.

The expected compensation range for this position is up to $110,000 per year.
Confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
