What You’ll Do
Lead a tight‑knit crew to keep things moving safely and efficiently.
Manage production, schedules, and daily operations.
Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment.
Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec.
Enforce safety practices and work site standards.
Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors.
Pitch in when needed – welding, inspections, cleanup, you name it.

Where You’ll Work This is a portable operation – you’ll rotate between sites throughout Southern Wisconsin.
What You’ll Need to Bring
Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to join the union if you’re not already a member.
Comfortable with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions.
A strong work ethic and a knack for problem‑solving.
