What You Will Do:

Manage, coordinate, and execute the technical, cost, and schedule for a subset of Systems and Software Engineering scope for the AN/TPY-2 Programs.

Plan tasks to create milestones and schedules, track earned value, and manage competing priorities.

Perform system performance gap analyses and trade studies.

Define architecture, design prototypes, and develop software.

Integrate, test, and analyze new or enhanced system capabilities.

Build team abilities and collaborate with internal and external customers.

Support proposal efforts for new business and maintain financial status and planning for the team.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent.

Experience leading a technical effort.

Execution of technical, cost, and schedule performance.

Active, transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start date.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience interfacing with customers and leading technical solutions to complex user requirements.

Experience with the AN/TPY‑2 System and/or Missile Defense programs.

Experience with radar systems technology in radar design and analysis and systems engineering development.

Experience supporting hiring activities, including interviews and staffing planning.

Experience with Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) and CMMI‑compliant Gate Reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).

Experience working within Agile Scrum development practices.

Experience with Earned Value Management principles and metrics.

PhD/Master’s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline (Math, Physics, Business).

What We Offer:

Salary range: $82,000 USD – $164,000 USD.
