Division: Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas

Description The Server Assistant plays a key role in supporting the restaurant team to deliver exceptional hospitality. This position enhances the guest experience by ensuring dining areas are guest-ready, buffets are replenished and presentable, food is delivered promptly, and guests are warmly greeted and seated when needed.

How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Monitor buffet stations, replenish items, uphold cleanliness and presentation standards, and assist guests as needed.

Deliver food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and plate placement.

Greet and seat guests, assist with reservations and waitlists, and provide host support as required.

Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain high service standards.

Keep service areas—including side stations, beverage stations, and bussing stations—organized and clean.

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with special requests and tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Other duties as assigned.

Professional Experience

Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.

Experience in bussing, food running, or guest services is a plus.

Academic Background

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ongoing training provided on the job to support success in this role.
