The Food and Beverage Supervisor manages the activities of the front‑of‑house team at the 120 West restaurant, ensuring prompt, efficient, and friendly service for all guests. This role guarantees that every dining experience is seamless, efficient, and memorable while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality.
How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future
Supervise, train, and support the front‑of‑house and coffee shop teams to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Schedule dining reservations, coordinate special events, and arrange services for parties or groups.
Greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, and ensure a welcoming experience.
Address and resolve guest complaints effectively and professionally.
Assign work tasks and coordinate activities of the FOH F&B associates to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons.
Inspect serving stations for neatness, cleanliness, and readiness; requisition supplies for tables, bar service, and serving stations. Assist in stocking rotation products for the dining room and Top Golf Swing Suites.
May assist in planning menus, preparing beverages, and expediting food orders when necessary.
Manage cash handling responsibilities, including collecting payments, verifying receipts, and balancing registers.
Reward and recognize team members who use empowerment to meet or exceed guest expectations.
Other duties as assigned.

Professional Experience
At least one year of experience as a cashier, two years of experience as a server, and one year in direct sales or retail; or an equivalent combination of experience.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred.
Academic Background
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
