Base Compensation: $135,000 – $165,000 + Annual Bonus + Profit Sharing

Responsibilities
Provide executive-level leadership on complex industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee financial performance, budgets, schedules, risk management, and deliverables for assigned projects
Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Mentor and develop project teams, providing guidance, training, and career development support
Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company standards across all phases of the project
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
10+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record delivering
ground-up industrial projects $40M–$60M+
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of
$135,000 – $165,000
Annual performance-based bonus
