Requisition No: 864240 Agency: Commerce Working Title: OPS GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS CONSULTANT III - 40090045 Pay Plan: Temp Position Number: 40090045 Salary: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour Posting Closing Date: 11/14/2025
Your Specific Responsibilities
Maintains special projects and other process tracking, tracks, and updates records.
Preparing reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Tracking documents, folders, reports, and other items.
Provide support to Bureau staff as needed.
Maintaining, monitoring, and developing project plans and project schedules.
Assist Special District Accountability Program staff preparing invoices for the annual special district fee and following up on special districts failing to pay fees to the state’s contracted collection agency.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and coordination.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to handle multiple projects and manage time efficiently.
Ability to perform basic administrative duties as needed.
Pay $25.00 to $27.00 (Depending on Experience)
