Sub-Assembly Technician . We craft custom boat dash and switch panels, known for their superior quality and attention to detail. Each product is carefully designed, milled, etched, and assembled with precision and care. Who We're Looking for:

A Sub-Assembly Technician with a professional attitude and a willingness to learn. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and sub-assembly of a variety of products. Responsibilities

Sub-Assembly and Fabrication

Sub-assemble products and components such as marine dash panels and glove boxes, according to blueprints, engineering specifications, and production schedules. Safely utilize hand/power tools, such as drills and screwdrivers, in addition to weld-mount and other supplies as necessary to complete sub-assembly tasks.

Quality Control

Inspect sub-assembled products and components to ensure they meet all quality standards and specifications. Report and troubleshoot any issues with materials or sub-assemblies to the production supervisor.

Material Handling

Safely handle and store manufacturing materials such as metals, plastics, composites.

Collaboration

Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Communicate effectively to address any challenges and suggest improvements to any work processes.

Safety

Adhere to safety guidelines and practices, including using protective equipment (PPE) in required production areas. Maintain clean and organized workstation, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work efficiently and stay organized Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods while working on tasks Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings Manufacturing experience and familiarity with power/hand tools are a plus but not required.
