Assembly Technician . We craft custom boat dash and switch panels, known for their superior quality and attention to detail. Each product is carefully designed, milled, etched, and assembled with precision and care.
We seek an Assembly Technician with a professional attitude and a willingness to learn. In this role, you will assemble custom boat dash panels following wiring schematics and technical drawings.
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work efficiently and stay organized
Comfortable sitting for extended periods while working on assembly tasks
Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly drawings
Wiring experience is a plus but not required— we are happy to train candidates with a positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn!

4-day workweek (Monday‑Thursday, 10‑hour shifts) with most Fridays off
