Overview Workforce Solutions partners directly with leading small to mid‑size CPA firms across the United States to connect them with top talent in the public accounting industry. We are currently working with a rapidly growing CPA firm with 250+ employees and 19 U.S. office locations in WI, NE, CO, and AZ. Responsibilities

Analyze client financial records to identify potential accounting issues and perform research to present proposed solutions.

Train, mentor, and manage team members in audit processes.

Build new and strengthen existing client relationships while demonstrating basic knowledge of clients' businesses.

Communicate and meet with clients as requested; provide recommendations to assist clients with financial or tax needs.

Qualifications

3+ years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

CPA certification is highly desired or ability to attain.

Candidates who are willing to work onsite are preferred, but we are willing to consider hybrid/remote work for experienced talent.
