Our client, a prominent financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. The position is fully on site in Midtown Manhattan.
Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage the busy calendars of multiple executives and keep them informed regarding all commitments and responsibilities
Prepare meeting materials and generate reports
Monitor incoming emails, draft correspondence, and maintain up-to-date contact information in Outlook
Arrange travel and logistics
Screen incoming phone calls, route appropriately, and take messages
Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
Skills and Qualifications
4+ years’ Executive Assistant experience at a financial services firm
Tech savvy, with strong Microsoft Office skills
Highly focused, with extremely professional demeanor
Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
