What You Need to Succeed
2+ years of customer service experience (appointment setting or call center preferred)
Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems with grace under pressure
Excellence in scheduling and time management - you see patterns others miss
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software systems
Outstanding verbal communication skills with a warm, professional phone presence
Detail-oriented approach that ensures nothing falls through the cracks
