Key Skills / Duties: IV therapy, phlebotomy, central/peripheral line management, PICC line management Blood product administration Management and titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips PCA management Dysrhythmia interpretation and management Chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, HFNC, tracheostomy care CVA care, wound care, endocrine/metabolic protocols (IV insulin) Isolation precautions Special Requirements: Candidate must be flexible with scheduling and aware of zero-tolerance policy for tardiness/unexcused absences Floating required as needed between Cone Health campuses Full compliance file required by 12 noon EST on the Wednesday prior to start date License in hand required; local radius 50 miles, locals not accepted Must pass Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance (all RNs, regardless of specialty) Hospital Highlights: 34-bed general medical progressive care unit Telemetry monitored beds with centralized cardiac monitoring department Interdisciplinary support including IV teams, PT, respiratory, pharmacy, radiology, rapid response, and unit secretaries Patient population includes stroke, renal, sepsis, endocrine, gastrointestinal, and hematologic disorders About HonorVet Technologies
