But at the heart of our business is our people. The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the HR Team with clerical tasks and related processes. This position will be the point of contact for all filing, record keeping and related functions, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills. Main Accountabilities Ensure that the filing is up to date. Answer phone calls to visitors and callers. Conduct file audits and ensure compliance with statutory and company standards. Track and follow up on all outstanding file documentation. Assist with general HR administration. Assist with new hire badging and badge applications. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Leave a good first impression with all visitors and callers. Ensure full compliance with HR processes, policies and procedures. Investigate and answer employee complaints. Assist with employee inquiries. File documents accurately. Capture data reliably. Ensure safe and secure operations in accordance with the highest health, safety, security and statutory requirements. Perform other duties as assigned in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. See the attached full safety and compliance brief for further details. What We Are Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an office environment. Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking). Strong relational and communication skills. Typing minimum of 35 WPM. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Analytical ability to read, analyse and interpret complex documents. Enjoy working with a diverse group of people in a dynamic environment. Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs., bend, kneel and push/pull file boxes. Valid driver’s licence and ability to obtain a licence to drive in the Airport Operational Area. Clear FBI background check and US Customs seal. Clear pre‑employment medical and drug testing. Valid driver’s licence in good standing.
