As the Metrology Program Lead, you will orchestrate calibration strategy, uplift capability, and partner across functions to deliver rock-solid measurement confidence. Role snapshot

Define and lead the site’s calibration and metrology program, aligning to internal requirements and ISO/IEC 17025. Plan, execute, and continuously improve the calibration lifecycle—from scheduling through record-keeping and traceability. Support internal/external audits with complete, accurate, and defensible documentation. Coach teams on procedures, best practices, and correct instrument usage. Apply statistical analysis and MSA to enhance accuracy, reduce variation, and prevent defects. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure measurement systems meet product needs. What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metrology, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in calibration, metrology, or quality engineering. Practical knowledge of calibration methods, equipment, and documentation. Fluency in reading drawings/specs related to measurement systems. Strengths that set you apart
