As
Group Product Manager – Client Experience , you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for technology that powers client success and business growth. Your mission is to create high‑bar, customer‑focused products that redefine the client lifecycle from onboarding to retention, delivering measurable impact at scale. You will work closely with business, science and engineering leadership to build visionary products, drive operational excellence, and enhance the experiences of clients, drivers, consumers and internal teams. Define and Execute the Roadmap: Own the vision and strategy for client‑facing tools and platforms that elevate satisfaction, efficiency, and retention. Drive Results: Set clear goals tied to business outcomes such as P&L metrics, engagement, and client retention, and build mechanisms that deliver measurable results. Architect Impactful Solutions: Lead discovery, design, and development of features that improve client outcomes and create a best‑in‑class experience. End‑to‑End Ownership: Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch to iteration with accountability for performance and adoption. Champion Experimentation: Use data, A/B testing, and predictive models to optimize decisions and continuously improve product performance. Collaborate Broadly: Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, finance, sales, and marketing to align strategy and drive seamless execution. Elevate Team Thinking: Model strong written and verbal communication, clear documentation, and rigorous decision‑making grounded in data and customer insight. What a Great Candidate Looks Like

Execution‑Oriented: You take action quickly, build lightweight mechanisms, and remove blockers to deliver results. Communicative: You translate complexity into simple, actionable narratives for executives and operators alike. Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management experience, including direct ownership of product strategy and execution. Strong analytical mindset with deep comfort using data to drive decision‑making. Proven success managing end‑to‑end product lifecycles and cross‑functional collaboration. Experience designing mechanisms for alignment such as postmortems, biweekly updates, MBRs and QBRs. Ability to work closely with technical teams and challenge assumptions constructively. Compensation & Benefits
